Assessments and Interviews
During the interview process, you may be required to complete assessments or skills tests relevant to the role. You’ll also meet with a panel of our team members, including a representative from People and Culture, the Hiring Manager and a person with a disability; for a face-to-face or virtual interview.

Reference Checks
If you have progressed to our probity stage, we’ll contact the referees you nominate to verify your previous experience and qualifications.

Job Offer and Onboarding
If you’re successful in completing the probity stage, we’ll extend a job offer to you and guide you through our comprehensive onboarding process, to support a smooth transition into your new role.
