“I started working in Children’s Services 4 years ago as a Support Worker. I began in the Employment Services team in August 2024, helping our participants develop skills to find and keep work in the community.
I love watching our participants grow in a safe environment and being part of that journey.
A highlight for me most recently, I assisted in the final stages of helping one of our participants gain an interview with a potential employer.”
