Ben Camilleri joined Westhaven in 2019, bringing 15 years of IT and business management experience from the private and government sectors. In his time with the organisation, he has spearheaded Westhaven’s technology transformation. Through his pragmatic approach and agile implementation methods, Ben has driven rapid innovation across nearly all areas of Westhaven.
Ben is passionate about digital innovation within the disability sector, seeking ways to positively impact clients through the use of technology. He recognises the potential for change to negatively affect staff when not managed effectively, and works closely with stakeholders to mitigate risks, minimise staff impact, and increase staff satisfaction.
